About the Role

If you’re looking for the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, an opportunity to dive deep into research projects in the Brand and Consumer Behavior domain, and not be afraid of dealing with massive numbers, look no further. As the Research Lead in HoldCo Research and Insight organization, you’ll take the wheel in bringing reflection of what customers feel-do-wants and make leadership well-informed about that customer behavior and expectation when making decisions on marketing strategy. You will also contribute to making more of our users enjoy the seamless experience and benefit of using multiple services in GoTo ecosystem. Furthermore, you will lead the research budget and vendor management to ensure all research colleagues work with great local and global vendor partners.

GoTo Research & Insights team has researchers spread across multiple products and countries. We are committed to ensuring that market and user insights are always at the heart of business strategy, product experiences, and brand development.

Should you have a question about how GoTo maintains its competitiveness in the market, we are your people! As a multidisciplinary team, we are working to deliver insights and recommendations by ways of merging qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and business research, which will help guide business, product, and marketing strategy decisions within business units in GoTo ecosystem.
