As part of the Regional Operational Excellence team, you will be tasked to instill continuous improvement concept and tools to improve the overall operational ( Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service) process effectiveness through conducting research to identify business transformation opportunities.

Our client is one of the largest global food manufacturer. They have been experiencing massive growth in SEA and their presence has provided positive social and economic impact. They are looking for a senior level candidate who is ambitious and talented to support the growth operationally.

Description

  • Provide effective operational transformation deployment with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals, with focus in planning and order management function.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Act as the project manager to execute improvement implementation in a timely manner.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders within supply chain function, including commercial, operations, credit to cash, and planning.
  • Provide functional training/workshop to people across businesses in SEA to support business.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in operations, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
  • Skilled in Process Improvement, Project Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas
  • Well developed communication with senior level stakeholders with different background.
  • English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Travel 25% of the time
