Role Overview:

As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Your expertise in Flutter or React Native will be pivotal in creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and performant applications that enable seamless and secure payment experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into well-architected mobile applications.
2. Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
4. Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, and to ensure code quality and consistency.
5. Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability across various devices and screen sizes.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to mobile application development.
7. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues in a timely manner.
8. Continuously improve the mobile development process by identifying opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and tool integration.
9. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Technical Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.
3. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript (React Native).
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.
6. Solid knowledge of mobile app architectures, design patterns, and development tools.
7. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
8. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and usability.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
10. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications: (plus point)

1. Experience with payment gateway integration or financial technology (FinTech) projects.
2. Published mobile applications on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
3. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
