Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang kita butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions:

• Act as a translator between functional and technology

• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs

• Create an elicit and clear business and system requirement document

• Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making

• Develop and execute test plans

• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation

• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management

• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)

• Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field

• Proven experience as a Business or Data Analyst

• Advanced knowledge of IT Business Analyst methodology, process, tools, and system support

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple task at any given point

• Strong relationship building skills and communication skills

• Basic insurance practical business knowledge

• Experienced in Agile/SDLC methodology

• Experienced in SQL and its tools

• Advance in Microsoft Visio/Drawio, Microsoft Office
