Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Desctriptions :

Manage Home Appliances business to achieve main KPIs : sales, profit, marketing expense, & long-term inventory ratio and also key focus SKU performance.
Manage a product marketing team, and train them to be the next leader of the company.
To build long-term strategy together with Business Director for business growth, expansion, operation efficiency, & stronger performance.
Manage sell out performance & display status on Home Appliances products to be no. 1 in market share.
Manage new product launching & performance (including but not limited to : sales, display distribution, branding) & EOL products clearance.
Coordinate / Manage marketing activities that supports sales performance & build strong brand, for end consumer & for business partners.
Coordinate and Manage in-store activities & communication to improve sales performanc.
Coordinate for training materials & incentive of field force team, to ensure good sell out performance.
Coordinate and Manage product supply & forecast to fulfill market demand & achieve sales target with DP.
Coordinate and Manage monthly expense of the product, in consideration of ROI & profit.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree any majoring
Fluent in English
Have experience 10 years years at the same position or 5 years at the same level
Expert using Ms. Excel, Power point management & data analysis
Fast learner & able to work under pressure.
Good manner with colleagues
Achievement spirit to exceed goals
Having a high critical thinking skills
