Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in warehouse and distribution operations within the food manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse and distribution operations with latest position Assistant Manager/Sr. Supervisor.
• Required skill (mandatory) : SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and inventory management systems.
• Willing to be placed in Kabupaten Bogor
• NOT SMOKING/VAPING.

Summary Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the warehouse and distribution center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from the production line to storage and distribution to meet customer demands and maintain inventory accuracy. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure all processes align with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

 Job Descriptions

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse to optimize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility to products.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliations with the inventory management system.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Manage the distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of products to customers and other facilities.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and optimize delivery routes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor shipment tracking and address any delivery issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production departments to maintain product integrity and quality during warehousing and distribution processes.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse and distribution operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and propose strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits to maintain necessary certifications and meet regulatory requirements
