As the Technical Support Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating technical support operations for our valued customers in Surabaya, with a primary focus on Rotogravure Printing, Color Matching, and Liquid Inks in-plant technical processes, preferably within the Tobacco Printing industry.

Description

• Supervise Technical Support Team: Lead and guide a team of technical support specialists to ensure seamless and efficient support delivery to our customers. Monitor their performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in Rotogravure Printing, Color Matching, and Liquid Inks to provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and the support team.
• Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations from customers. Resolve complex technical problems and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs for the technical support team to enhance their skills and knowledge, keeping them updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and R&D, to ensure effective communication and coordination in providing comprehensive support to our customers.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on technical support activities, customer feedback, and team performance. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate measures.

Profile

• Education: Minimum D3 degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Rotogravure Printing, Color Matching, and Liquid Inks in-plant technical processes, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Tobacco Printing industry.
• Language: Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to guide and motivate a team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues effectively.
• Customer-Oriented: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Surabaya, accommodating customer requirements.
