Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Marketing Executive Assistant di perusahaan Fun Fair Co. untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

The Executive Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by completing administrative tasks, conducting research, managing materials, and monitoring performance. Success in the role involves completing marketing projects, executing effective strategies, and achieving goals. This role also requires social media skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate marketing projects: includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars to ensure the timely completion of marketing projects, including advertising, events, and content creation.
  2. Assist with market research: Conduct market research to help the marketing team understand customer needs and preferences, as well as to identify new opportunities for growth.
  3. Manage social media accounts: Create and manage social media accounts for the company, including posting and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
  4. Create social media content: Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  5. Engage with followers: Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Develop and manage content calendars: Develop and manage content calendars for social media channels to ensure that content is distributed consistently and strategically.
  7. Manage marketing materials: Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  8. Monitor marketing performance: Analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  9. Develop marketing reports: Create regular reports on marketing performance to share with the marketing team and other departments.
  10. Assist with budget management: Help manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses, creating purchase orders, and ensuring that marketing projects stay within budget.
  11. Build relationships with clients: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote the company’s brand and generate new business opportunities.
  12. Manage event logistics: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to marketing, and incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in English.
  2. Strong social media skills: instagram, tiktok, facebook, youtube.
  3. Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
  4. Have a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  5. Strong organizational skills.
  6. Basic computer skills: able to correspond via email, convert word to pdf, etc.
  7. Creative skills: The ability to create and curate engaging social media content, as well as the ability to think outside of the box and develop creative marketing ideas.
  8. Time management skills: The ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential for meeting deadlines and juggling multiple tasks.
  9. Attention to detail.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability: Social media trends and best practices are constantly evolving, so an excellent Executive Marketing Assistant needs to be flexible and adaptable to changes in the industry.
  11. Experience working in a marketing or social media role is a plus.
