Responsibility:
- Planning and executing sales activities, as well as coordinating, monitoring, and communicating with relevant departments and customers to support the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction levels in accordance with the established policy strategy.
- Implementing core policy strategies related to sales activities and developing sales levels according to set targets for the achievement of sales objectives.
- Controlling the delivery schedule from Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) to customers and monitoring orders from customers.
- Following up with prospective customers and new projects from existing customers to create new market shares.
- Monitoring and following up on new projects that have entered, starting from the timetable, trial plans, and sample submissions (in collaboration with the relevant departments) to create new market shares.
- Conducting visits and regular coordination meetings with customers to discuss issues related to production capacity, delivery schedules, periodic reconciliation of purchase orders (monthly), to maintain good cooperation and relationships with customers.
- Receiving and following up on customer claim reports by creating: LPK (Laporan Pengaduan Konsumen), SPBR (Surat Pernyataan Berita Acara), and PPBR (Pernyataan Pertanggungjawaban Berita Acara), communicating with the relevant departments to trace whether the claim can be accepted or not, for orderly administration and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Diploma degree from any major.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in sales.
- Fluent in english is a must (interview sessions will be conduct in English)
- Good communication skill.
- Placement: Gunung Putri, Bogor.
