MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• Understand the Protelindo Group business vis-à-vis the Customers/Clients business targets/directions.
• Support in the growth of Protelindo group business by ensuring to do the best effort in internal collaborative actions for Customers/Clients business performance indicators to be well maintained/improve.
• Engage, Communicate, and build relations with Customer/Clients specially in the responsible regions/area.
• Act as the first point of issues escalations from Customers paint points/complaints in relations to Protelindo group with priority for Property Management issues
• Identify and Analyze Customer pain points and able to channel them through the proper internal communication with relevant stakeholders within Protelindo group
• Contribute, Support, and advise the evaluation of Customer Relationship Property vis-à-vis Property Management and Operations & Maintenance performance periodically; identify key actions required to improve performance
• Support in both in regions or HQ for internal coordination across multiple internal organizations on issues requiring the attention and actions from other divisions/departments/functions
• Through collaboration in internal Property Management Directorate, publishing and present the periodical report for Customers/Clients in the regions.
• Monitor & control regional operational expenses and collaborate with respective stakeholder to evaluate the effectiveness.
• Ensure quality control of all the required reports
• Contribute to develop and document relevant business processes for an effective internal team collaboration with the aim to improve customers satisfaction

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY

• Support indirect line of superiors by performing all responsibilities that needed in order to ensure all process are running well
• Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders by building trust and good communication in order to ensure all working processes can be done in a timely manner
• Supervise, control and monitor Customer Relationship Property team in relevant administration task (i.e. control of issued letters to Customers)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 – 7 years in managerial level
• Have experiences in related area in telecommunication industry is a must
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering)
• Able to communicate in English
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Willing to travel to regions/areas whenever required
• Able to multi-task
• Good in Microsoft Office (with highest strength in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• Understanding and able to adapt and work with all relevant internal applications within Protelindo group
