Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SAP MM Specialist di kantor PT Hyundai Autoever Indonesia untuk kota/kab Cikarang serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

You will be a Middle ERP SAP MM Specialist.
This role sits within the ERP SAP team of Hyundai AutoEver Indonesia, which encompasses the SAP SCM-SRM-CRM solutions respectively. As an Middle MM Specialist of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP ERP system’s capability and be responsible for the creation, enhance, and delivery of SAP SCM solutions especially in MM area: Functional and Technical Design, solutioning of business requirements and system improvement, SAP Application and Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation.
Job Description
Focus on the overall customer (business user) satisfaction
Daily supervise, monitor, and solve any issue to ensure smooth operation, and monitor the scheduled background jobs
Provide help support in any SAP ERP issues or request related with SCM area, especially in MM area
Maintain daily support tickets and make sure relevant information are documented. Monitor and support any incidents, especially make sure very high priority issues are tracked actively and can be resolved soonest possible based on SLA
Set the right classification on relevance and priority for required new or changes to functionality, once properly analyzed will be dispatched for further processing
Maintaining FAQ and other knowledge base article for 1st level user support
He/she reports daily status & progress update to relevant manager
Posts own information to share lessons learned and new tips and information
Understands and ensures that quality standards are met
Participate in SAP Applications improvement & enhancement, and projects
Design, build, configure, test and roll-out SAP Applications enhancements and projects, according to agreed deliverables and deadlines
Continuously improve SAP skills and consulting skill to meet company demand and global trend
Contribute significantly to company growth
The MM Specialist is responsible for delivering a solution or supporting the technical portion of the SAP SCM functionality that meets the business requirements, including but not limited to procurement support including pricing management, production material management, inventory management & inventory movement, service management, contract management, logistic invoice management, supplier management, material resource planning, material reservation, BOM management, stock determination, sub-contracting process, storage management, process automation.
To provide expertise supporting the development of functional specifications, and daily operations SAP MM documentation
To support all functional and technical aspects and facilitates the definition of all relevant aspects of the operation and technical business functionality of the ERP systems related to SCM area
To provide expertise in configuring the identified business process using the SAP customizing tools available; has proficient understanding of the SAP MM functionality and the integration points with other modules (SD-EWM-FICO-PM-PP-VMS)
Take responsibility to monitor master data, system configuration, transactions, business process changes. in order to make sure the sales & distribution can run smoothly and accomplish the business user’s requirements
To collaborate with sales and operations planning, material requirements planning, product cost planning, finance, warehouse, procurements, and other teams while working towards inventory management in enterprises.
Able to work FAST and under minimum supervision.
Competencies:
Has experience in S/4HANA (at least 1909) is a must.
Has sufficient integration knowledge / Experience with SD / FICO / PP / PM / WM / VMS modules preferred.
Has sufficient knowledge in procurement support including pricing management, production material management, inventory management & inventory movement, service management, contract management, logistic invoice management, supplier management, material resource planning, material reservation, BOM management, stock determination, sub-contracting process, storage management, process automation. preferred.
Has sufficient understanding about process in PP, master data integration between MM & PP, and PP master data requirement related to MM (preferred).
Able to manage personal day-to-day support activity, complete any user request and problem solving in timely manner.
Has sufficient knowledge & experience on procurement support including pricing management, inventory management, service management, contract management, Logistic invoice management, supplier management, material resource planning, VMS, SCM (preferred).
Has sufficient understanding of batch processing and control (preferred).
Has a sufficient knowledge of KANBAN concept and process (preferred).
Has a good understanding of import procurement process in Indonesia, taxation, custom process & custom duty, stock in transit. (preferred).
Has good experience & concept understanding related to integration with all close module or function including with interfacing concept.
Has a good understanding of SAP SD basic concept, WM basic concept, PP (manufacture) basic concept with their integration would be an advantage.
Experience in Fiori is a plus.
Has good knowledge & experience in MM user exit, enhancement, enhancement spot, interface, release strategy, workflow (preferred).
Understand basic technical ABAP programming (read a program / code, develop functional specs, find and read tables, ABAP debugging, find user exit or enhancement spot) will be a plus.
Has a good willingness to learn and willingness to do more, continuously self improvement and skill sustainability under minimum supervision.
At least 3+ years’ of solid proven track record in the SAP MM implementation and/or roll out with at least 1+ new implementation project end to end cycle, and 1+ Rollout implementation project end to end cycle.
