Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi MAINTENANCE ENGINEER di kantor PT Elevatione Kosmetik Dan Aksesori untuk domisili Bekasi dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan adalah Manufaktur & Pemeliharaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.900.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review and manage technician‘s daily activities, daily cleaning, Pre-Inspection (PI), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Breakdown Maintenance (BM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM).
  2. Organize periodical maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads, take care the activities until handed over to production.
  3. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
  4. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  5. Review Brekdown Maintenace report on daily basis.
  6. Lead Corrective Maintenance activity.
  7. Follow up the open issue related to performance of quality maintenance.
  8. Escalate to maintenance head of departement incase of any maintenance activities.
  9. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
  10. Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
  11. Plan / prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time.
  12. Assisting to deliver goods / products company for operational activities.
  13. Carry out orders from superiors apart from the main task.
  14. Reporting the breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Min. 3 (three) years of experience as a Technician / Maintenance / Engineering.
  3. Ability to read and understand P&ID, electrical and mechanical drawings.
  4. Able to use measuring tools (ampere meter) & tools/equipements (pliers, screwdriver, etc.).
  5. Understand the basics of electricity (grounding, installation, etc.).
  6. Coordinate with GA and Technicians for operational operations. responsible for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
  7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Have a vaccine certificate.
  9. Can drive a car / pickup-truck and having A / and C Driving licences.
  10. Willing to work in working on holidays and mobile.
  11. Willing to work in long hours/after working hour.
  12. Placement: PONDOK GEDE, BEKASI.
