Description

Our client is looking to bring on board an energetic and ambitious candidate to join their growing business. Other responsibilities include:

  • Achieving revenue targets by signing new corporate partnerships and renewals. This includes cross-sales of their global accounts and localise the needs to Indonesian market.
  • Building and developing sales and account strategy through maintaining healthy pipeline, and also ensuring sales progression and deal closure.
  • Identifying, qualifying and chasing solid leads.
  • Researching and identifying new prospects and leads through various channels.
  • Creating and prioritising target accounts and contact list.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and industry sectors.
  • Identifying, developing and leading corporate business development and partnership with both local conglomerate and multi-national clients.
  • Managing and tracking a growth pipeline with various corporations.
  • Organising internal and external sales and marketing materials.
  • Understanding the corporate partner’s industries, business process, competitors, and strategy. Winning the trust of the corporate partners is crucial.
  • Developing and delivering best-practice comprehensive plan, with customer-success mindset.
  • Leading, and developing team members: acting as a coach and role model.
  • Responsible to acquire, retain and ensuring repeated purchase from the corporate partners.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders who are from diverse international background.
  • Supporting the launch of the business successfully, and ensuring the growth of the business.

Profile

Only shortlisted Indonesian candidates will be contacted, and ideally, you will have in-depth knowledge of the start-up technology ecosystem in Indonesia, and has strong track records of building or running successful businesses, especially within the tech-world.

Excellent English communication in both verbal and written is a must.

Other requirements include:

  • At least 8 years of working management in B2B2C environment, with preference towards banking / fin-tech or tech-related sector.
  • Exposure in business development, or client-facing role is ideal.
  • Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor’s from related degree is a must.
  • Ability to front meetings, and deal with C-level decision makers from across industries.
  • Strong resilience with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance.
  • Drive and hunger to achieve results, entrepreneur mindset.
  • Independent, self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organised, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytic skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
  • High commitment, confidence, motivation and flexibility.
  • Target-oriented, and willing to work in a sales environment.
