Brand and Communication Manager

As a Brand and Communication Manager each day, you will…

• Responsible for end to end Sunday Ins Indonesia’s branding and activity including PR, above the line (ATL), below the line (BTL) marketing strategy.
• Build brand awareness via online and offline activities. Helping shape and communicate the company’s vision and mission and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Responsible for press release writing on both ID and EN.
• Develop media strategy for the group company and work closely with external agencies and align with management for brand direction.
• Hands on and allocate branding annual marketing budget.
• Define corporate branding strategies to align with Sunday brand guidelines and company’s direction.
• Act as a brand guardian to oversee consistency by filtering every piece of work through guidelines and best practices.
• Enhance corporate identity and brand guidelines for Sunday Indonesia
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives (i.e. events, public relation, and keynote speaking / planning) and work across the other teams for and execution.

What we would like you to have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
• More than 7 years of working experience in Marketing with at least 3 years in Brand Management 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in building startup branding and O2O product marketing would be an advantage.
• Experience working in startups or/and fast-paced organizations would be an advantage.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Strong communication and organizational skills who can guide decision-making and alignment between parties toward a delightful art while achieving business goals.
• Mature, good team player, and flexible with an open mind attitude. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Figma and strong in presentation tools.
• Keen of details and hands on for execution.
• Sense of ownership, get things done in a timely manner while still having fun.
