Your Profile:

  • Bachelor in psychology, human resources management, education, management information or international relation.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR supervisor level in manufacture
  • MS Office, good command of the English language, SAP HR/R/3, very good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Good knowledge of the industrial manufacturing
  • Good understanding about the principles of training and development
  • Understand about theory and practice of knowledge management
  • Able to interpretation psychological test

Your Contribution:

  • To develop and make sure the performance of individual employee is effectively managed and they carry out their role to the best of their ability and the standard required by the organization
  • To develop a training and development strategy for the company to support the company’s business plan and to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and to give the opportunity to develop the maximum of their potential.
  • To develop and monitor the company’s yearly training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established yearly budget
  • To oversee the development of effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development provided.
  • To arrange internal training and development programs, using external vendors and consultants as required to meet identified training needs that already approved by management.
  • To maintain an awareness of developments in the training and development field to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of best practice.
  • To update organization structure if there is any update from the company organization.
  • Plan and prepare periodical internal communication through newsletter. The content could be GMP, 5S, EHS, TPM/TQM, cleanness, family day, employee promotion, motivation, leadership, management info, SCHOTT goes family, Heinrich foundation, etc.
  • Provide information to all employees regarding work activities and events that will be/already held by the company through an announcement, newsletter or e-mail
  • To undertake regular training needs analysis (TNA) and develop program to meet identified needs.
  • To monitor training evaluation
  • To review and evaluate skill matrix report to the system that already integrated
  • Working together with other HR function to define succession plan or career path
  • Build informal interpersonal relationship to all level of employee
  • To accomplish any tasks given by superior or respective manager
  • Build training center
  • Develop relations to others HR function to maximize needs to develop employees skills (Link to salary matrix with salary, bonus, and punishment)
  • To decide selected training vendor
  • To define any method in conducting training
  • To make schedule for training
  • To define and report result of training evaluation
  • To maintain updating of training data in integrated system
