Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  • Maintain and grow long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
  • Responsible to manage and build strong relationship with customers from distributors, wholesalers to smaller stores and giving them analytical insights and logical understanding
  • Articulating and executing “go-to-market” strategies and make sure the strategy is executed smoothly
  • Create, implement and evaluate monthly and full year campaigns and promotions to support company’s goal
  • Prepare monthly volume forecast and plans
  • Influence customer’s decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. Including develop product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior
  • Receiving commission based on monthly sales with min. sales targets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry; Tech Start-up industry is an asset but not a requirement
  • Having experience in managing B2B
  • Good speaking & written command of the English language
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills also a great problem solver
