Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting & Tax - Staff di kantor PT Armada Rock Karunia Transshipment untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  1. Ensure good control in Accounting & Tax related activities.
  2. Support Manager to oversee all functions of accounting including general accounting, costing, planning, reporting, taxation, and internal control of operations.
  3. Coordinate with other department and ensure accounting has properly support based on the function.
  4. Responsible for preparing and reporting all company tax activities: CIT/Annual Tax Report, VAT, Withholding Tax, Employee Tax, and all company tax necessary to comply with government regulation. Including handling e-Faktur; e-SPT monthly and annually.
  5. Control and monitor all daily tax operations, including all kinds of tax report.
  6. Assist to company tax review and tax audit.
  7. Monitoring government tax regulation update.
  8. Filling tax data and tax reporting.
  9. Ensuring the correctness and timeliness of monthly reporting as a month end closing which will be used as a basis for the performance of the Bank.
  10. Ensuring transactions and accounting treatment for products are carried out in accordance with applicable accounting regulations.
  11. Prepares journal entries as required.
  12. Perform document validation of every purchase transaction.
  13. Ensure all transactions are accurately and timely recorded to the system.
  14. Assist the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Accounting & tax reports.
  15. Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.

Job Specification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  4. Full Understanding for PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), PPh 25 and able to operate E SPT, E Faktur and E-billing.
  5. Having Tax Consultant License (Brevet A&B).
  6. Must be honest, active, excellent organizational skill and ability to determine priorities.
  7. Having excellent knowledge and skill in Indonesian Tax regulation.
  8. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, tax audits and tax planning.
  9. Having knowledge and experience in preparing Annual Tax Report and Annual Tax Report filling.
  10. Familiar with the accounting software system Accurate.
  11. Expert in Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, and Taxation System.
  12. Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, and good analytical thinking.
  13. Pleasant personality, tight in follow-up, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
