Finance Accounting and Tax Manager ( English and Mandarin Speaker )

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Maximum 40 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Tax or Equivalent Background, from Reputable University.
3. Must be active in English skills in verbal and written is a must.
4. Required Skill : Finance, Accounting and Tax Report
5. Able and Familiar to operate Microsoft Office, and Internet.
6. At Least must be have more than 8 Years Experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager Position.
7. Prefer experience from China Smartphone Company Industry more than 5 Years.
8. Good Knowledge and Familiar with all company kinds Tax             ( PPH, PPN, Pasal 4 ayat 2 , Income Tax PPH 21 etc )
9. Familiar with DJP Online – Tax Report System
10. Familiar with Accounting Software like ERP System, Accurate etc.
11. Strong Analythical Thinking, Detail Orientation, Good Communication Skill, Negotiation, Problem solving skills.
12. Must be have Tax Brevet A, B and C
13. Able to work in a team as well as individually.
14. Hardworking person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible, and good personality
15. willing to work overtime when required.
16. will be place in Head Office PIK, North Jakarta

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.  统筹财务部门的管理工作，安排好财务部人员的工作分工，确保财务部正常运行。Coordinate and organize all the jobs that are in the finance department, Sharing work duties to the team and subordinates, Keep an eye on and ensure operational smoothness inside the finance department.
2. 负责建立、健全各项财务制度，并推动执行。Responsibility to make the rules and sops pertaining to finance department, and does the work of finance in sop finance which have been set.
3.  负责组织公司的成本管理工作、进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析考核。 Responsible for regulating management cost the company a, the management of the budget, and the budget control, calculations, analysis and assessment accurately to the spending budget.
4. 根据公司财务状况、经营成果及资金变动情况，编制管理层需要的各类财务报告，为管理层决策提供财务支持 In accordance with the financial condition of the companies, profit corporate profits and corporate finance this change, make a financial report need by team management, provided support to team management to make decisions on financial report accurate passing.
5. 负责预算编制，并监督预算的执行情况。Responsible of budget drafting, and monitor the condition of implementing the budget.

7. 负责公司财务、税务的审计工作，熟悉纳税申报的所有流程，按时缴纳各种税款，规范公司纳税工作。包含员工个税。

8.监督业务流程执行，规避企业经营风险，为业务运营提供财务保障。

9.负责对内部下属的工作指导和培训。
