Responsibilities :

• Planning, directing and coordinating Quality Assurance programs and formulate Quality Control policies
• Working on improving organization’s efficiency and profitability
• Preparing and updating quality documentation, based on Aeon Hygiene Manual or any others food standards & regulations, Laws such as : Halal, ISO series, etc
• Developing appropriate processes and train employees in preparation for conducting audit in order to comply to standard, regulations & Laws
• Supervising teams who carry out the details assessment of food products and food materials/ingredients
• Recruit and train supervisors, and providing them quality standards as guideline for day-to-day work
• Select quality inspection tools to support inspection team
• Provide training to employees to ensure awareness of quality requirements and make them responsible for managing their own quality standards
• Working with Merchandiser Team to establish quality & safety standards on developing new products
• Working with Merchandising Dept. to formulate quality standards for the goods in order to ensure the incoming materials & ingredients comply with food standard, regulation and Laws
• Minimize time and cost of inspection and contribute to the quality of the finished product
• Reviewing statistical and non-statistical data to identify food & safety problems, in order to make recommendation of process, quality & safety control changes to eliminate the problem
• Developing and monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce number of defects on the food product sell and improve level of quality & safety
• Perform in preparing New Store Development thus will comply to food standards, regulations and Laws
• Provide reporting system to Operational General Manager, Quality Control Sr. Manager & Top Management, through routine meeting
• Conducting Hygiene Audit on each stores, according to Annual Plan & reviewing the findings and countermeasures taken.

Requirements :

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably with food-related education background, such as Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Industry Management
• Work experience : Minimum 5 years experiences in Retail or Manufacture in the same position, preferably in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Skill: Proficiency in English and/or Japanese, Internal Auditor certification, HACCP, ISO, Halal certification, food regulations or related Quality/Food Safety Management System certifications, teamwork, effective communication, developing and motivating people, multitasking, decision making & problem solving, enabling changes
• Character : Discipline, attention to detail, analytical, proactive, creative, customer-focus orientation, leadership
