Job Overview

Responsible for designing policy and procedure that help prevent harm to workers and property, evaluate electrical safety implementation, and also ensure the electrical design safe and work spaces to minimized job related electrical hazard

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing electrical safety program and design work related electrical to comply CLS Buyer Electrical Safety and Regulation
• Mapping electrical hazard and data analysis, Risk Assessment Process to get the information about electrical hazard on work area
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Apply all regulation and Buyer (Nike) Standards on electrical safety to ensure there are no electrical hazard potential on work areas
• Evaluating practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law-related electrical (electrical safety, control of hazardous energy, laser safety, and radiation)
• Attend on safety Training internal and External to get latest information about safety and comply electrical competency
• Attend on Safety meeting: Weekly briefing, monthly meeting internal and Group, and meeting with all Dept Head to discuss latest information about safety and comply electrical competency
• Make monthly and annually safety report to information about progress and development electrical safety program
• Work with Risk Management Team to do electrical inspection to observe possible unsafe conditions and make improvement plan
• Work with Risk Management Team to create ways to keep workers and the general public safe from harm-electrical risk
• Work with Risk Management Team, OH Team, and all departement related to electrical safety
• Follow Company Program:
• Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
• Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in the same field from Shoe-Making Industry
• Have Knowledge (s): Knowing HS Training Program need based on regulation; buyer and company needs; Understanding of electrical and safety guidelines; Electrical and safety analysis and data: Improvement plan for HS training program; Knowing audit process, implementation, and follow up; Machine Risk Assessment
• Have Skill (s): Reporting skill: Communication; Have effective communication skill; Analytical thinking for training; needed on HS program; Make Innovation and improvement program on HS training program; Managerial skill
• Have Attitude (s):Delivers quality; Drives engagement; Communicate effectively
• Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
