Job Descriptions:

• Owning the brand building processes from optimizing brand strategy to managing the brand communication activities
• Develop relevant brand messages, crafting communication plan, and oversee the execution through paid media
• Measuring campaign effectiveness
• Use numbers to evaluate and analyse the performance of KOL.
• Collaborate with Brand Specialist Team and drive the sales from KOL management
• Obtain free exposure from KOL by providing product
• Approach media to get free exposure
• Becoming the spokesperson of the company
• Owning the PR activities to connect with the widest possible audience through third-party mentions and media coverage
• Overseeing the content management and distribution through owned and earned media
• You will build and maintain proactive relationship with media partners in all industries
• You will develop and execute various media releases with compelling stories and market-specific messaging for product launches and key company news
• You will ensure PR result in line with company benchmarks, and constant adaptation with industry trends and recent issues
• You will be the first responded to inbound press, interview and speaker conference request

Job Requirements

• Strong media relations: Able to effectively influence decision-makers to promote the brand, broadcast in media and its various audiences work
• Proven experience in digital and social media marketing: Able to use digital media to stay on-top-of cutting-edge strategies for the company
• Spokesman-ship: Able to strongly advocate on behalf of the company across various media channels and vehicles
• Communication skills: Strong speaking and writing skills
• Project management: successful public relations directors simultaneously manage multiple publicity projects with tight deadlines
• Interpersonal skills: Easily create and maintain relationships with people
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related field is a plus
• 4+ years of experience with a PR agency or in-house team, ideally with some relevant personal media relationships
• Creative thinker
• Familiarity with PR reporting and media database
• At least 5 years of working experience with demonstrated expertise in the area of PR and/or branding
• Hands-on experience in managing PR activities for products/brands – covering media relation, press releases, content strategy & storytelling, influencer management & activation stunts
• Experience in brand management processes, from developing brand strategy to planning and executing communication campaign
• High familiarity with management of PR & branding activities in digital space
• Previous experience in PR consulting or brand advisory firm is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected to be a presentable figure of the company in public setting and able to ensure quality of copywriting and press releases
• A creative storyteller who could consistently come up with powerful contents and unique communication approach
• Strong people and leadership skills expected to build and maintain a team of communication specialists

Analytical and result-driven able to objectively measure and analyse campaign performance and turn insights into improvement actions
