Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Representative in daily administrative tasks, including meeting arrangements, document translation, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with Indonesian partners and local government authorities.
  • Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless work execution.
  • Support other tasks assigned, including additional responsibilities related to the role.

Requirements:

  • Age under 30.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English or Chinese or both languages(up to doubled salary for those capable of Mandarin), with the ability to provide translation support from Indonesian to English/Chinese/both.
  • Working knowledge of MS software.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with the Indonesian market is a plus.
