As a Content Creator / Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence and engaging our target audience.

Job Description:

• Develop engaging and creative content for various digital platforms including social media channels, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Plan and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Actively participate and willingly be inframe on camera for video content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize content performance.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to enhance strategies and improve engagement metrics.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian & English
• Proficient in using social media management tools and content creation software.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to create collaboration campaign with influencers / KOL / affiliates.
• Willingness to appear infront of the camera for video content creation.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
