Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Planning QA/QC Manager di perusahaan PT. SAMJIN INDONESIA ENC untuk kota/kab Cilegon dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Manufaktur & Penjaminan Kualitas / QA serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.500.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Planning QA/QC Manager
Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as project management, engineering, business administration, or a relevant discipline. Some companies may require a master’s degree for more senior positions.
Project Management Experience:
Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
Previous experience in roles such as project coordinator, project planner, or project scheduler can be beneficial. Familiarity with project management principles and practices to integrate QA/QC processes seamlessly into project workflows. Ability to work with project managers and team members to establish quality objectives, metrics, and performance indicators.
Planning and Scheduling Skills:
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling techniques.
Ability to create and manage project schedules using tools like Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), or Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Significant experience in quality assurance and quality control roles, preferably in the same industry as the project (e.g., construction, manufacturing, software development).
A track record of successfully managing quality on projects of various scales and complexities.
Project Management Software:
Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other scheduling software used in the industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and relevant industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 27001 for information security).
Leadership and Communication:
Strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate project teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Risk Management:
Knowledge of risk management principles and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in project planning.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
Understanding of budgeting and cost management principles to create accurate project budgets and track expenses during project execution.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
The capability to identify and address project-related challenges and obstacles that may arise during the planning phase.
QA/QC Methodologies and Tools:
Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, statistical process control, Six Sigma, or Lean principles.
Organizational Skills:
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the specific industry in which the company operates can be an advantage, as it allows the Project Planning Manager to tailor planning processes to industry-specific needs and requirements.
Certification:
Possession of relevant project management certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), can strengthen a candidate’s application.
Continuous Learning:
