As Project Management Oficer you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the property development industry

Our client is a Property Development company in Indonesia who is loking to expand their business.

Description

• Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Identify and address any deviations or potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and issues.
• Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and key decisions.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• 5 years experience workingin Project Management or similar role within the property development or real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are desirable but not mandatory
