The Key Account Manager will be responsible to support growth of Key Accounts by developing the capabilities of dealers and also managing relationships with the key customers. He/she will also lead execution of industry strategies and also investigation of market share and implementation to improve business outcomes in Indonesia market.

The client is a global leading manufacturer of material handling equipment that has been in the market for more than 50 years. They are one of the leaders in material handling, leading the business in a number of countries, with several manufacturing plants located in different regions.

Description

Key responsibilities are (but are not limited to):

• Support the growth of Major Account share by developing the capabilities of dealers, supporting direct sales activities on behalf of dealers, managing key customer relationships and providing input into the Product Development process.
• Leads the production and execution of industry strategies to achieve profitable penetration into assigned verticals and segments. Incumbent may be responsible of any one of four vertical aggregations (Food and Beverage, Logistics/Warehouse, Industrial, Consumer Trades and Durables).
• Owner of Industry Profit and Loss summary and expected to lead change initiatives to improve profitability for assigned segments.
• Lead investigation of Root Cause for current market share and corrective action planning and implementation to improve business outcomes.
• Expected to achieve results through others.
• Drive Marketing, Application Centers, Account Identification, Market Intelligence, National Accounts, Dealer Sales and Product Solutions in setting short and long-term priorities for leading industry share gain activities and is ultimately responsible for share gain in his or her assigned vertical.
• Lead Sales and Marketing in comprehensive annual go-to-market plans (Industry Operating Plans) as critical inputs to the company’s Annual Business Targets and Long-Term market share planning processes.

Profile

The successful candidate is someone strongly experienced and knowledgeable about various material handling products specific for different usage in several industry segment.

Possession of track record in successfully selling and expanding market share with various strategies in different sectors, namely Manufacturing, F&B, Logistics, Ports, and other sectors is mandatory.

Large account management experience will also be a strong preferable quality.
