Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Logistic Manager di perusahaan People Connect HR Services untuk kota/kab Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for executing a logistic plan to move products to their destination on schedule.
  • Coordinate with third parties in truck operation and maintenance of warehouse and truck fleet. 
  • Maintain AV inventory stock according to commercial projection.
  • Conduct warehouse audits to monitor performance and also monitor operational costs.
  • Coordinate with merchandising department regarding stock ratio, AV Stock, and Retail Gross margin.
  • Minimize the company’s operational logistics cost budget.
  • Coordination with field people regarding vendor performance and improvement. 

Requirement: 

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as Logistic Manager.
  • Understand the flow of retail logistics and third-party vendor cooperation in operations.
  • Can communicate fluently in English (required).
  • expertise in logistics & Warehouse Operational.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Business Management. 
  • Willing to be based at their depot in Purwakarta.

Direct Report: Head of Supply Chain. 

Placement: Purwakarta, West Java
