Butuh cepat!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Chef di perusahaan BUMA GROUP untuk kota/kab Cikarang serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Hotel/Restoran & Makanan/Minuman/Pelayanan Restoran serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk syarat yang kita inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

  • Supervision of kitchen personnel to ensure positive practices toward food safety programs e.g good personal hygiene, time and temperature control, thawing process, storage system
  • Review menus and analyze recipes
  • Record tasteful and popular menus for reference
  • Ensure that an induction regarding kitchen hygiene must be done prior to start the kitchen activity

  Requirements :  

  • Maximum 40 years old
  • Minimum D3 in Food Production from a reputable Hotel Institute / University or 5-year experiences in the same field
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years documented experience of high-volume catering
  • Must have excellent kitchen management skills demonstrate good leadership of the team members
  • Familiar with HACCP
  • Experience in Menu Cycling set up
  • Preferably have good knowledge and experience and ability to create Indonesian, Chinese and Western menus with good of menu variety
  • Have excellent skills in; analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, planning and organization
  • Customer and service-oriented person with passion & desire, positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
  • Must possess a recognized health and hygiene certificate
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office operations, good in management skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable
  • Have a good knowledge of the catering industry HSE and Food Hygiene standards
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang
