• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting in the company
• Prepare Monthly reports as per requirement including cash flow planning
• Preparation and filing of withholding tax and corporate income tax returns
• Processing & Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of statutory and management reports
• Communicate with auditors for an audit of financial statements and filing of Tax
• Ensure compliance of internal controls, appropriate authorization & documentation
• Coordinate with Customers and Suppliers
• Check/match Accounts Payable invoice against Purchase Order/Good Received Note
• Circulate AP invoices (general/freight/services) for signature for verification
• Coding/entry of AP invoice
• Prepare for AP payment voucher
• Prepare payment – Cheque / Telegraphic transfer (T/T)
• Maintain bank record (excel & sap entry)
• Maintain petty cash (excel & sap entry)
• Prepare for Payroll including BPJS payment
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies
• Other accounting activities/jobs as required

Requirements:

• Age: 30 – 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA would be a plus point
• At least 7-year(s) experience in accounting, preferably from manufacturing industry
• Should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws /regulations, i.e., VAT, corporate income tax, withholding and other taxes, Accounting Standards
• Good Interpersonal skills, Self-Motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure and take responsibility
• Able Work independently and manages the team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible (able to multi Task) and can work under pressure
• Able to handle complex and complicated situations with positive attitude
• A structure person and has a good organizational skills
• An Independent, loyal and trustworthy employee
