1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
2. Involved in the initial planning phase, which includes defining the project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
3. Work closely with Project Committee to understand the brand vision, target market, and concept of the food shop.
4. Analysing and resolving any matter related to the project to ensure the smooth operation & completion of project.
5. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
6. Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are allocated appropriately for various aspects such as lease agreements, interior design, equipment, staffing, marketing, and operational expenses.
7. Responsible for identifying potential locations for the food shop and negotiating lease agreements with property owners or real estate agents.
8. Collaborate with the brand owners and designers to develop the overall concept and theme of the food shop. This includes creating a unique identity, designing the layout, selecting furniture and fixtures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Coordinate with various vendors and suppliers for equipment, furniture, decoration, and other necessary items. This involves sourcing, obtaining quotes, evaluating options, and managing relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
10. Collaborate with different teams, such as architects, interior designers, kitchen consultants, contractors, and branding experts, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and timely execution of the project.
11. Navigate the process of obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and certifications required to operate the food shop. This includes complying with health codes, fire safety regulations, zoning requirements, and other legal obligations.
12. Develop a detailed project schedule and monitor progress to ensure that tasks are completed on time. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
13. Oversee the construction and installation processes to ensure that the food shop is built according to design specifications and meets quality standards. Conduct inspections and address any issues or deficiencies that arise.
14. Coordinate the final stages, including staff recruitment and training, menu development, marketing and promotional activities, and the successful opening of the food shop.
15. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging knowledge related to Food & Beverage industry and project management.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must at least bachelor’s degree.
2. Having experience at least 5 years in the F&B industry is mandatory.
3. Ability to coordinate, monitor and control the work progress.
4. Dedicated, committed to produce excellent results & willing to assume leadership roles.
5. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
7. Good command in English is a must.
8. High mobility and able to travel domestically.
