Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi TALENT ACQUISITION di kantor PT Myungrang Hotdog Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun syarat yang kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000.

Reddog is seeking a Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) to ensure the staffing needs of the company (Head Office & Operation) are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. As well as make Reddog Group well-known as best option for job seekers to choose their working place.
Your day-to-day:
Recruitment & People Development
• Improving awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives (digital & physical employer branding).
• Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
• Form close relationships with HR Managements to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations and needs.
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience, including screening calls, assessments, online or in-person interviews
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other professional networks.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Create designated Employee Orientation check list for each position.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles for Food & Beverage Industry
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or similar
• Min 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
• Can join us immediately
