Summary Description:
As Operator Trainer & Application Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day product, engineering and training function. Excellent knowledge of engineering and programming including electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer programming skills are essential for success in this role.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform business expanding of HD Hyundai equipment in Indonesia
2. Shares technical information and training with other departments – related with HD Hyundai organization.
3. Provide sales training on features, benefits and low cost of ownership.
4. Built a capable service team on HD Hyundai product after market.
5. Create training materials for used equipment to client/customers.
6. Develops specifications and performance requirements for industrial equipment.
7. Calculates cost analysis for integrating new machinery and equipment into the manufacturing process.
8. Uses programming knowledge and experience to adapt equipment to specific job applications.
9. Prepares operating instructions and programs for equipment.
10. Oversees installation of machinery and equipment to ensure they function according to specifications.
11. Evaluates machinery to ensure it has the capability to complete desired functions.
12. Analyzes alternative techniques and methods and recommends changes to equipment or procedures as needed.
13. Establishes schedule of procedures and maintenance routines to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Extensive knowledge of engineering and programming including electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer programming.
2. Proficient with computer industrial design systems.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university
2. Preferably candidates who have experience working for respectful (top 5) heavy equipment dealers in Indonesia or respectful global heavy equipment manufacture.
3. Four years of relevant experience, preferably in application engineering, highly preferred.
4. Design experience and development of programmed applications highly preferred.
