Job Descriptions:

• Facilities & Infrastructure : Conducting controlling and checking for all the facilities and infrastructure which are under HR Department, and following up any request of checking/ request of maintaining, and also including purchase of new facilities and supporting Infrastructure for working atmosphere;
• Japanese Working Permit & Japanese Speaking Support and Guest Arrangements: Preparing for document regarding proposal of New Japanese Working Permit/ Extension Permit, and also others process related to Japanese member documents, including report to MiKa in monthly based. Supporting in the communication with Japanese members in day to day communication (if needed); 
• Operational control, Cost Budgeting, and welfare program : Supporting HR Supervisor & HR Senior Manager, in controlling HR Operational (Security, OB/ OG/ Transportation/ Drivers and Buses), including cost planning/ actual budgeting report. Support HR program related to welfare/ events/ annual agenda/ working calendar, and others General Affairs matters related to Internal & External Issues in HR;
• Safety, Health & Environmental program, and IATF : Supporting HR Supervisor & HR Senior Manager, in maintaining program related to ; Management System , especially for ISO 14001 (Safety & Health Management System) and ISO 45001 (Environmental Management System). Participating in preparation/ conduction of agenda of Internal Audit/ Customers audit and Surveillance Audit. Also planning yearly program regarding to HSE activities and Waste Management;
• Supporting others relavants Human Resources & 5S: Together with HR Leader, HR Supervisor and HR Senior Manager in supporting Human Resources functional and activities (not mandatory, only for supporting);
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned from HR Supervisor and HRGA Senior Manager;

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Japanese Literature/ Human Resources Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Management from reputable University;
• Age of Maximum 27 years old;
• At least 3 years of working experience as HRGA/ General Affairs Senior Staff and Leader;
• Preferable having experience and specialization in generalist of HRGA. Preferable with experience in General Affairs or Internal & External Department in Manufacture Company;
• At least 2 years of working experiences as Japanese Interpreter & Speaking Administration, and preferable having experiences in Japanese Manufacture Company and Acknowledge the Culture of Japanese Manufacture;
• Having certification of Certified for Human Resources Staff is preferable;
• Having Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate in min Level 3 (JLPT N3)
• Multi-tasking skill, Energetic Person, pleasant personality, target-oriented, excellent in communication to all parties and levels, actively and creative;
• Willing to work in KIIC (Karawang International Industrial City), Able to join on July 2023;
