Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set off accounts independently including daily/monthly invoicing, close process, journals, accruals, preparations/reconciliations, etc.
• Communicate with the group companies operations/sales team based in Indonesia/Malaysia or any other location company has office/business
• Checking and Monitoring Timely preparation of Weekly/Monthly SOA of Shipping Line
• Weekly Preparation of Cashflow
• Checking and Monitoring Inter-companies related invoices / credit noted booking
• Checking and Monitoring All Account Payable and Receivable Transactions bookings
• Responsible for all bank related / transactions
• Manage Banking Channels – maintain good relations with banks
• Ensure that cost control processes are in place and reports are submitted timely
• Work with auditors to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely completion of the local statutory report
• Following up all pending issues found by internal / external auditors and local authorities until such cases are closed or resolved
• Responsible for monthly / Yearly filing of tax as per Indonesian tax regulations
• Weekly/Monthly/ Yearly Financial Report
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Follow up with all Branches.

Skill & Requirement :

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting from a renowned university
• Minimum experience of 12-15 years working as a position of finance manager , shipping / freight forwarding background is preferred
• Experience of conducting financial Audit of company is must
• Good Knowledge of ERP ( Accurate is preferable )system is must , as all the shipping line has their own systems so should be tech friendly.
• Solid understanding about accounting system and Indonesian tax regulation
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS office applications, Strong MS Excel spreadsheet skills in financial model
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different nationalities and levels
• Self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives and exposed to multi-tasking environment
• Should have an experience to handle a team of finance
