Responsibilities, Roles, and Duties:

Communication Skills:

*Fluent in English languages.

*Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in both languages.

*Able to take accurate meeting minutes during discussions.

Project Support and 

Coordination:

*Provide support to project teams by assisting in coordination and administrative tasks.

*Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and effective project management.

Project Management:

*Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and timely completion.

*Liaise with internal teams and clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues.

Client Support:

*Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and follow-up.

Travel and Flexibility:

*Willingness to travel, including overseas, as required by project demands.

*Adaptability to different project requirements and client needs.

Independent Task Completion:

*Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks independently.

*Exhibit self-motivation and time management skills to meet deadlines.

Government Relations:

*Experience in dealing with government officials is a plus.

*Understand government regulations and navigate bureaucratic processes effectively.

Reporting:

*Prepare and submit weekly reports to the superior.

*Summarize activities, achievements, challenges, and future plans
