Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registrations Officer to manage the registration and onboarding of new merchants, as well as provide ongoing support to existing merchants. The Registrations Officer will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient merchant registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the registration and onboarding of new merchants onto the platform, including verifying their identity and business credentials, setting up their merchant accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Analyze merchant data during the onboarding process and identify patterns or potential issues, taking action as needed to mitigate risk or improve performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing merchants, including troubleshooting any issues they may encounter, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, to ensure that merchant needs are being met and that the platform is functioning optimally.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for merchant registration and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
