We are looking for a Public Relations Manager with a passion for the F&B industry to develop and implement brand strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Public Relation F&B, F&B marketing, Brand Manager, including knowledge of restaurant & lounge operations, guest behavior, and customer experience.

Requirements :

  • Minimum diploma / degree holder in public relations / communications / marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a public relations in food & beverages industry hospitality / tourism / Branding Manager
  • Proficiency English, both oral and written
  • Have a strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Must be able to contribute towards customer satisfaction targets and interactions significantly
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills and ability to focus on guest needs organized, creative, and ability to work under pressure
  • Have a good teamwork, strong execution, professional ethics, good logical, planning & integrated thinking, and problem solving ability.
  • Have a solid brand management experience, familiar with brand, product, media, marketing, and other multi-branding skills.

Job Description :

  • Prepare and implement any events, work closely with vendor/ agency or internal team that related to the event.
  • Provide short term and long term strategy and lead the implementation of public relation, media, brand partnership, and events (online & offline).
  • Analyze results of public relation campaigns or efforts and prepare reports.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques, including paid search and SEO.
  • In-depth understanding of brand positioning, brand image, and brand strategy. Participate in improvement and promotion to establish brand image.
  • Coordinate all departments inside and outside the company, implement brand marketing strategies and related decisions, and achieve brand marketing goals.
  • Market research and analysis, research peers and industry development, complete annual market research reports and provide basis for company’s decision making.
  • Responsible for welcoming of guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.
  • Build relationship with guest, vendor, and implement any communication and initiatives related to the brand.
  • Be familiar with menu, promotions and service procedures.
  • Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via telephone or message / social media message and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
  • To work closely with the Operations / Operations Manager, Resto & Lounge Manager, Captain Service and Staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
  • To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the restaurants events.
  • Profiling, research, gather customer behavior’s data as an asset for marketing campaigns and activities
  • Working with marketing team to plan and handle campaigns, activities, strategy, and promotional opportunities
  • Carry out other, more general, marketing responsibilities outside the outlet such as public relations with potential customers, both private and corporate.
  • Responsible to build communication with operational teams about daily reservation, events, and its broadcasting
