As the Representative Office of Four Hands LLC in Indonesia, today our organization has grown rapidly to support our business in Austin, US. Therefore, as a buyer, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic candidate to work as a full-time Export Order Management and Supply Chain Coordinator. This position will support our Supply Chain Department, especially in communication with the factory (by phone, email, and meetings), and also manages the factory’s production schedule to meet the customer’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain constant, regular communication and execute weekly orders for selected local factories, as our vendor/supplier.
• Review and process purchase orders to vendors via Supply Chain platform, according to sales requests/demand.
• Ensure production plans from factories (vendors) are designed based on commitments with buyers and factory capacity.
• Liaising with the QC team to make sure the products are delivered on time and meet standard quality.
• Check all bookings placed by factories through the Supply Chain platform, and liaise with the team to closely monitor all shipments.
• Regularly meet with local factory production teams to discuss performance/shipment plans and work through identified areas of opportunity.
• Act as a point of contact for orders/inquiries from our Austin Headquarters.
• Ad hoc order management for swatches and parts requests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with factories, client stakeholders & internal teams from other countries.
• Reporting to SC Manager and regularly attending meetings with the team, within the department and intra-department.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in order management related to export activities
• Able to follow up/maintain all purchase orders with factories.
• Able to use supply chain platforms (ex: GT Nexus, Century) and booking system tools (ex: Damco portal)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of export procedures
• Have a good attitude, good communication, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, oriented to details, and have good time-management skills
• Fluent in English, including writing email skills.
• Able to set priorities on daily tasks, open discussion with superiors, and able to work independently or with the team.
• Proactive, take initiative to improve the result.
• Available to work during weekends and holidays when required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Age below 30 preferred
• Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java.
