JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. Tax Planning: Responsible for developing tax strategies and plans for individuals, businesses, or organizations to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Tax Compliance: Assist clients in fulfilling their tax obligations by preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws also stay updated on tax code changes and inform clients about any relevant updates or requirements.
3. Tax Exposures: Analyze financial records, identify potential tax issues, and provide tailored recommendations to optimize tax efficiency.
4. Tax Audit and Objection Support: Provide guidance, assist in preparing necessary documentation, and represent clients during discussions with tax authorities when client faces a tax audit or investigation.
5. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior tax consultants, provide guidance, review work, and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
6. Tax Appeal: Assist in preparing necessary letter, documentation, and represent clients to attend the trial in the Tax Court

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Education and Certification: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. Certified USKP B Level are highly valued and may be required or preferred.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and consulting, preferably in a senior or leadership position.

• Tax Knowledge: Candidate should have In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is crucial. Expertise in areas such as individual and corporate taxation, international tax, tax planning strategies, and industry-specific tax considerations.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Candidate should have expertise to analyze complex tax situations, identify potential issues, and develop effective tax strategies. have the ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to clients.

• Communication Skills: Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills explaining complex tax concepts, and presenting recommendations. Candidates should be able to convey information clearly and concisely.

• Attention to Detail: The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate tax calculations, proper documentation, and compliance with tax regulations.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tax software, accounting software, and other relevant tools is mandatory. Experience with tax research platforms and familiarity with industry-specific software is beneficial.

• Continuous Learning: Candidate should staying updated with the latest developments and continuously expanding knowledge.
