Job Description:
- Monitor the execution of Offline Promotion. Ensure that SOP for Promotion is fully executed and that SLA is being followed.
- Monitor the execution of price update/ markdown/ bazaar. Ensure that SOP is fully executed.
- Monitor the execution of Article Creation. Ensure that SOP is fully executed and the article is created based on guideline/ standardization.
- To perform training/ socialize any changes related to new system/ process/ rules related to Article Creation/Pricing/Promotion/PO Creation.
- In charge of reclass process & monitor reclass process to ensure all reclass are finished in timely manner.
- Ensure PO creation is created in timely manner & accurate to minimize Subsequent Form.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in retail industry (preferably from Inventory Analyst / Business Analyst / Controller / FP&A / Merchandising), with minimum of 2 years in managerial level.
- Management skill, data analysis, good logical thinking, good communication skills, detail oriented, well organized, initiative, team work.
- SAP (Intermediate) and Advanced Excel (preferably familiar with Macro VBA).
- Fluent in English communication is a must.
