We are an established Performance Improvement consulting company that urgently need a Developer Consultant

A Developer Consultant role involves following responsibilities:

1. Conducting research to identify market trends and opportunities for new products or services
2. Designing and implementing information technology solutions such as networks or databases to meet clients’ needs
3. Working with management to develop long-term strategic plans that incorporate technology use
4. Managing projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and evaluating work efforts
5. Consulting with clients to determine their needs and goals and recommend appropriate solutions
6. Providing advice about hardware and software products to customers
7. Creating reports about findings and recommendations for clients who have hired them for consultancy services
8. Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences in layman’s terms
9. Preparing proposals for clients outlining the scope of work that will be done and the costs involved
10. Setting project requirements and targets
11. Providing the best technology solution, without ignoring the business aspects
12. Doing a test on clients’ software/hardware
13. Troubleshooting if there are any bugs or other problems
14. Providing training to end-users to run functionality of software/hardware that has been developed
15. Providing an integration between systems to give the best solution

If you are a person that has the following qualifications:  

• Undergraduate degree – S1/Bachelor from reputable university
• Good knowledge of HTML and HTML 5
• Good knowledge of MSSQL database and queries
• Proven VBScript and .NET (C#). Familiar with API development experience (C++)
• Knowledgeable and understand Business Process Analysis, design and deployment, would be an advantage
• Have a desire to help clients develop sustainable operating performance
• Want to work with some of today’s leading performance improvement products
• Have both written and spoken English proficiency
• Know how to deal with tight deadlines
• Be able to develop requirements documents for development
• XML skills would be an advantage
