Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Partner with Management to understand the business objectives for their respective product categories and/or channel segments, collaborating in the development of marketing plans to achieve business goals. 
• Develop marketing business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability.  
• Ensure creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. 
• Oversee and review business development opportunity for further expansion. 
• Interpret data and draw conclusions related to the appropriate promotion strategies. 
• Evaluate ideas and provide direction to Brand Strategy supportive efforts. 
• Maintains the brand standards guidelines and logo management. 
• Analyze of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Assigned marketing teams to determine the appropriate strategies for marketing campaigns, promotions and events to support business objectives.  
• Coordinate with Principals to ensure communication and education of marketing plans as well as related promotional strategies 
• Provide strategic direction for marketing promotions, campaigns and events to ensure execution and implementation 
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. 
• Monitor the overall marketing and sales operational activity effectiveness. 
• Monitor target achievement in sales metric. 
• Manage and monitor with the assigned teams for preparation and implementation of sales and marketing activities. 

Management Support Activities: 

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.  
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).  
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System. 
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. 

Job Requirement: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) 
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or  Minimum 7 years working experience
