About the Role
The Content and Communications Lead will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing high-quality content for Hejaz’s marketing campaigns, promotional materials, events and various social media channels. Delivering upon our marketing strategy, the Content and Communications Lead will deliver and coordinate high-quality content that engages our target audience and helps grow our audience and their awareness of our brand.
Working in collaboration with our marketing and business development teams, you will manage the overarching content strategy and produce highly engaging content for our marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media channels, and events. You will play a critical role in driving engagement and successful client relations through our campaigns and digital channels, as well as creating content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing goals.
You will bring creative flair, new ideas and your exceptional communication and coordination skills to take our content quality to the next level.
Main Responsibilities
· Draft, execute, manage, and report on all content that drive engagement, conversions, and successful B2B and B2C clients’ relations.
· Review and maintain contents across all marketing campaigns, materials, social media channels, and events to ensure coordinated high-quality contents in line with strategy and brand guidelines.
· Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
· Create and publish engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.
· Analyse social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise our social media strategy and campaigns.
· Collaborate with our creative and implementation teams to develop visually-appealing and on-brand social media content.
· Manage relationships with PR agencies, social media influencers, and partners; and develop co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
· Manage and coordinate the workflow of the content creation by all teams, ensuring that projects are assigned and completed on time and meet our quality standards.
Essential Requirements
· Tertiary qualifications in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or other related field.
· At least 3+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising, brand management, or related field.
· Significant experience in developing and implementing content management strategies in financial services industry highly regarded.
· Experience in digital marketing and producing digital content for social media channels.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of professional writing.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively to produce and deliver highly engaging content.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel where required.
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.
