Job description & requirements
Business Startup Acceleration Coordination:
• Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity in BINUS Startup Accelerator
• Collaborate with related department in BINUS University for various BINUS Startup Accelerator program and services
• Guarantee effective cooperation and collaboration to support activities in BINUS Startup Accelerator
• Coordinate survey for students and alumni related to planning for BINUS Startup Accelerator program
• Design & conduct community engagement program related with BINUS Startup Accelerator Program
• Deal with a variety of ad hoc issues related to BINUS Startup Accelerator
• Recommend program related to BINUS Startup Accelerator for both offline and online
• Identify business opportunities and assess candidate companies based on business accelerators’ potential impact, the entrepreneur’s willingness to work with the related curriculum
• Promote BINUS Startup Accelerator program in order to build awareness to related industry
• Improve learning activities by developing and implementing the various BINUS Startup Accelerator programs
• Develop program calendar for each semester to ensure the learning process can be proceed timely
• Support student to improve BINUS Startup Accelerator competency by providing suitable programs (e.g. trainings, business incubators, etc.)
• Explore entrepreneurial competitions and provide the information for students Management Support Activities
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Work Exposure/ Experience Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or Minimum 4 years of working experience
