Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Receptionist di tempat usaha PT Indokoei International untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including welcoming and greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or Secretary.
  • Minimum 25 years old.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  •  Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meeting rooms or executives.
  • Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, if required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including arranging catering and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation requests, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned.
