What Will You Do:

• Build a professional relationship continuously with existing clients by building intense communication, support activities that are needed, etc in order to maintain existing clients and ensure their needs.
• Perform intense communication with existing clients to explore any possibilities of business enlargement and collaborate with the sales team to follow up.
• Explore new business opportunities by gathering information from any resources and collaborating with the sales team.
• Provide the best service from end to end including resolving any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after-sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare periodic reports to provide updated progress and ensure all issues can be solved. Provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
• Perform collaborate with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

What Will You Need:

• Min. 2-5 years in the same field.
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Product knowledge.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and client-centric teamwork environment.
• Reporting management.
• Fluent in English both oral and spoken.
