Accounting & Tax Manager 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting/Taxation, min. GPA 3.50

2. Own certification on Tax (min. Brevet A & B)

3. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), can speak Mandarin is preferred

4. Having a minimum of 5 years experience in a Manufacturing company and Foreign Capital Company (Perusahaan Modal Asing/PMA) is preferred

5. Having extensive skills in accounting, financial flow, general ledger, balance sheet, financial statements & ability to perform financial analysis.

6. Able to operate financial systems such as Accurate, ERP, etc., and also Ms. Office (Excel; Pivot, Sumif, Vlookup, Hlookup, Sumifs)

7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

8. Detail-oriented and data accuracy

9. Able to prioritize work and able to work in teams and individuals

Job Requirements:

Accounting

1. Understand the presentation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK, cost accounting, and accounting flow properly.

2. Present a report on the calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/Harga Pokok Penjualan)

3. Responsible for reviewing daily reimbursement expenses, reviewing original vouchers in accordance with company regulations, preparing accounting vouchers, and keeping accounts. Regularly organize reconciliation, verify each payment document, whether the procedures are complete, and whether the tax amount has been deducted correctly;

4. Ensure complete procedures, accurate figures, clear accounts, and timely reimbursement;

5. Organize the accounting work, prepare the summary table of bookkeeping vouchers (or account summary table) regularly, and register the General Ledger;

6. Collect various types of invoices (paper and electronic) in a timely manner, and verify with the tax system data to ensure accuracy and the safekeeping of invoices. For invoices that have not been collected on time, collection and warning work should be done well;

7. Cooperate in the preparation of budget statements and various accounting statements, providing financial support for management and decision-making;

8. Prepare, review, and submit external accounting financial statements;

9. Organize, bind, and archive accounting documents and other accounting documents;

10. Assist the company in making overseas payments and making optimal exchange rate quotations;

11. Responsible for issuing company sales invoices and handling other tax-related matters;

12. Responsible for tracking and managing the company’s payment of payables and receivables

Tax

1. In accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations, master the tax policy, and organize the company’s tax accounting, declaration and tax payment in combination with the company’s actual situation. 

2. Having excellent knowledge of tax compliance and ability to prepare corporate income tax and all tax reports ( monthly SPT, annual SPT, E-tax, Pph 21, Pph 23, Pph 25/29, Pph 4(2), Pph badan, Ppn & etc

3. Able to operate ESPT PPH and VAT software

4. Handle Inventory Audits, tax audits and tax consultancy

5. Experienced in tax audit assistance, SP2DK response, and other tax dispute assist

6.  Prepare various analytical data reports according to company requirements;

7. Responsible for cooperating with various internal and external audits;

8. Regular inventory of fixed assets and other company assets;

9. Timely and efficiently complete all temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
