Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 25.000.000 - Rp 30.000.000.

About The Company:

  • Our client is a Property Developer company. Currently, they are looking for QS & Project Planning Design Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product design (housing) that will be produced by the company so that it is in accordance with the results of the business development plan made by the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate with the Dept. Business Development to be able to make house plans for each cluster that will be developed by the company.
  • Plan work time and determine the specifications for the company’s product development (housing) work.
  • Verify planning time for homework and infrastructure implementation.
  • Verify RAB planning (volume & price) to build houses, infrastructure and operational budget allocation for project development per year.
  • Coordinate with the Dept. of Procurement to submit an auction process for construction vendor services that will work with the company.
  • Coordinate with the Dept. of Legal and Dept. of Procurement to ensure the MoU with cooperating parties related to the product development process and its supporting facilities does not harm/potentially harm the company.
  • Provide recommendations for the assessment of services provided by construction service vendors who will work with the company (during the auction) or after completing services to the company.
  • Conduct regular coaching to subordinates to monitor work progress, identify and resolve problems in work and carry out employee competency development.
  • Coordinate with the Dept. Internal Audit & Compliance to be able to develop effective work procedures so as to support the achievement of work targets.
  • Preparing the work plan of the Dept. so that the work process to be carried out is more directed and in accordance with the goals and targets of the company.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum hold Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Conversational level English.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Planning & Design Manager in Property Industry (landed house).
  • Experienced in managing design and housing establishment along with its planning and strategy.
  • Experienced and or deeply familiar with QS Estimator, Architect & Drafter work.
  • Willing to travel if needed (between branch offices in Jabodetabek).
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, communication, time management and coordination skill.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

  • Currently residing in Bekasi, Depok, Bogor, East Jakarta, or South Jakarta.
  • Own a car.
