CORE PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing, coordinating and supervising a centralised administration support function for the Property Service Department, that comprises; Campus Facilities & Services,  Building & Maintenance, Health, Safety and Environment,  Security, Traffic, Events and Project Management as well as handling the Campus Helpdesk administration to ensure whole of Campus needs are met and actioned efficiently.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in general administration or administration for support services.
  3. Strong technical and operation knowledge for facilities management, including Helpdesk System.
  4. Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external parties.
  5. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and deliver through others, and committed in staff development.
  6. Good knowledge and skills in customer service excellence and committed to the highest standards of excellence in knowledge, practice and professional responsibility.
  7. Highly self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and organisational skills.
  8. Able to work independently and as a team in an effective way, agile and adaptive to change, able to work under pressure and highly proactive with initiative and drive.
  9. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Google Suite).
  10. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, parents, and vendors.
  12. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  13. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work deliverables.
  14. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  1. Experience in the education industry, particularly in an international school setting. 
  2. Successful experience in administration for projects or for facilities and services management.
  3. Good knowledge and skills in data management and in helpdesk ticketing systems.
