Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

What you’ll be doing day to day :

Driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability, by establishing a life-long relationship with existing and new customers
Securing an easy buying process from home to home, understanding and match customers’ need and expectations now and in the future
Implement the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given, which ensures the effective execution of our action plan, which is creating a positive experience for the customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again
Ensuring the department/work area is effective and efficiently equipped at all times during trading hours for the customer and cost-efficient for the store
Handling complaints in an efficient, accurate and friendly way

We want you to be a person who :

Having background/experience in customer service and/or retail industry will be an advantage
Ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available
Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
Ability to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in local(s) language and English
As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur

Together, the Customer Relations team’s aim is to continually identify and remove hindrances in order to secure an easy buying experience, a positive shopping experience and easy payment and after-sales fulfilment.
